**Cancellation Policy For Summer 2024** Our Cancellation Deadline For A Full Refund Will Be March 1st**

Create An Account or Checkout As “Guest” At checkout you may choose to create an account with Color Wheel or proceed as “guest.” If you make an account, please note that you must create a strong password before our server will accept your enrollment. We will save your name and information in order to process your enrollment package. If you do not make an account, you will checkout as “guest” and only your name and email is saved and you will have to download and complete our enrollment package and return it to us. Your privacy is very important to us and your financial information is never transmitted to or saved by Color Wheel.
Make Payment: via PayPal. (Paypal accepts all major credit/debit cards including American Express.)
Payment Policy: All camps must be paid in full to hold reservation. Once the transaction is complete, you are registered and you will receive an immediate payment confirmation via e-mail. Please check you spam folder if you don’t receive that confirmation.
Cancellation Policies: We have two cancellation policies. One policy for Summer camps and another for school break camps, classes, and workshops. For Summer, we understand that schedules may change due to unexpected circumstances and in order to best accommodate our families, we will open Summer registration on February 1st 2024 and will allow for changes and cancellations from February 1st to March 1st. You may cancel a camp and receive a full refund on or before March 1st. Tuition will be refunded to credit/debit card originally charged. Tuition for camps canceled after March 1st will not be refunded.
Summer Camps Cancellation Policy: Changes or Cancellations to registration for Summer must be made on or before March 1st in order to receive a full reimbursement.
School Break Camps & Workshops Cancellation Policy: All Sales Are Final.
Waitlist: Please use our waitlist system. You will find a waitlist signup on each product if a camp is full. Cancellations do occur and we will contact you if you are on the waitlist. We will try to meet everyone’s needs.
