Studio Art Survey is designed to meet the demands of middle & high school students that have outgrown our After School program but want to develop their art practice in a studio setting.  Taught by a rotation of teachers throughout the 6-week term. The course will sample different mediums and techniques.  The objectives of this survey class focus less on final projects and more on fundamentals, methods of experimentation, and developing skills and approaches to making their own individual art.  This class is perfect for students that are passionate about creating in all mediums and learning how to strengthen their artistic foundation.

This term’s mediums include: weaving, found-object mixed-media art, and paper-making and bookbinding.  Most supplies are included in the price, an additional supply list will be provided upon registration.
