Summer Camps Cancellation Policy: Changes or Cancellations to registration for Summer must be made before March 1st 2026 in order to receive a full reimbursement.

School Break Camps & Workshops Cancellation Policy: All Sales Are Final.

Payment Policy

Please note that our payment policy is that all summer camps must be paid in full to hold reservation. Once complete, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail and a parent logistics e-mail directing to to our online enrollment forms .

We Accept All Major Credit & Debit Cards

At checkout, you will be transferred to PayPal where you can make payment with your PayPal account or if you do not use PayPal, you can also enter a debit/credit card. Paypal accepts all major credit/debit cards including American Express.

**Cancellation Policy**

Summer Camps: Changes or Cancellations to registration for Summer 2026 must be made before March 1st, 2026 in order to receive a full reimbursement.

School Break Camps & Workshops: All Sales Are Final.

Covid-19 Protocol

The safety and health of our students and staff are our priority. Our Covid policy will be continuously monitored for the latest changes and recommendations. We will adjust our policies as needed to keep our community safe and healthy.

We will closely monitor and adhere to CDC guidelines as well as the CSD school system, where the majority of our students attend. Our staff is required to be vaccinated and to stay up to date with current vaccines.

Child's Name & Birthdate

We ask that you please enter your child's name and birthdate in the "additional information" box at the bottom of the billing entry window below where you enter your address. This will help us prepare for SummerCamps.

Please Sign Up For The Waitlist If A Camp is Full.

After the cancellation deadline (March 1st) we will put any available spots back in stock and you will be notified via email that they are available for purchase.
